Six years ago, my world was quietly turned upside down. The loss of my husband felt like a sudden reset—a moment that stripped away the familiar and compelled me to ask a terrifying but necessary question: Who am I now ?

In the silence of that transition, I made a choice. I chose not just to survive the grief, but to let it reconstruct me.

From Broadcasting to Breakthroughs For over 20 years, I worked in broadcasting and communication. I spent my career talking to audiences, but I learned the true power of listening when I had to navigate the quiet corners of my own life. That background became the foundation of my coaching practice. It taught me that every person has a story that deserves to be heard, understood, and honored.

The Science Behind the Soul I didn't just rely on life experience, I sought rigor. My hunger for understanding the human mind led me to Yale University to study Positive Psychology and to Light University for Mental Health Coaching. Today, as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF, I blend that academic depth with the practical wisdom earned through living.

A Shared Journey But my most important credentials aren’t the certificates on my wall. They are the lives I’ve shaped and the life I’ve rebuilt. As a single mother who raised three incredible children and is now navigating the bittersweet freedom of an empty nest, I know the messy, beautiful reality of this journey. I know the weight of responsibility and the courage it takes to dream a new dream for yourself.
